I have tried to find this info on the member website, but I have failed.

I know Member Services is open late one night and sometime on Saturday. Can someone give me a clue on those hours?

I believe it's Thursday night till 9PM? and Sat 1-5PM........

I don't know the exact hours but I do know the late night is Thursday which I may need to utilize today because there lines have been busy all morning! I believe the Saturday hours are 9 AM to 1PM. I'm sure some one will post with the exact hours.

Member Services Operating Hours

9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. EST on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
9 a.m.-10 p.m. EST on Thursdays
1-5 p.m. EST on Saturdays
