Member Services hours vs online hours

Howdy,

I need to make a 7 month change, and I want to do it on the first possible day/time. With that said, considering my 7 month window opens on Saturday...
1) What time could I book something online on Saturday? Would it be 12:01AM?

2) What time can I book by calling Member Services? I didn't see hours on the website, though I saw something elsewhere on the web stating 9AM.
