As a new DVC member I am anxiously awaiting our first trip home. Jan 13-16 SSR. I was checking my reservations, 2 2bedrooms, online at the oft-down member website and much to my shock my reservations were for Jan 6th-9th
I had made these reservations the end of September and since then my dear mother-in-law has added a bunch of studios at SSR for the 9th-13th. When I called MS they told me there was nothing available for the 13th. After protesting, politely, I was told a manager would need to get involved. After being on hold for about 15 minutes the rep came back and said they were able to change my reservation. Whew. Way to go Member Services. Not sure how the error occurred, but they fixed and SSR her we come. Just wanted to share a positive experience. Took my three kids, DS6, DS8, DD10 to DW for the first time 3 1/2 years ago and it was the best vacation of my life. This time around we have DS2.5 to add to the party. I can't wait!
 
My guess is that they had to pull back some cash rooms back into point inventory. Sorry they made the mistake in the first place, but glad you got it straightened out.
