Member Services closing at 2:30 on Wed, Sep 9th

New phone message on the menu system today that Member Services will close early on Wednesday, September 9th. Closing at 2:30 Eastern time.

Hmmm... So what could be coming soon to Member Services ? (I assume they are closing for training, or maybe a system upgrade )

It is probably the yearly staff meeting, they had it last year , a week later it was the day before BLT was announced.
