I sent a email 1 week ago today to DVC member satisfaction about some problems we had during our recent stay at SSR. I received the auto-response email but nothing else. Should I expect a call or another email from them? This is the first time I've had to send an email about a DVC stay so I don't know how it works. I'm not expecting anything but I would like to know that the problems are being addressed. Thanks :goodvibes

They won't email, they call. Did you give them your phone number? Is the phone number listed on your DVC account valid?

Two days is the normal time for a call but if they are investigating or waiting on another business unit to get back to them it can take longer.

Thanks..I did include my phone number with the email but no response.

When we had problems several years ago and I Emailed member satisfaction, it took at least 2 weeks before I heard back. I found out that they'd been in contact with the resort itself, and the call I received was from the front desk manager. A day or two after that, I received a follow-up call from DVC about my reactions to the front desk manager's explanation and resolution.

Sorry you had something go wrong on your vacation. Last trip we had an issue with bedding that hadn't been changed when we checked in. The front desk got us new sheets, but we sent an email when we got home just to let member satisfaction know and we got a call from a manager about two weeks later. The manager had followed up with housekeeping at the resort and he outlined for me the steps they were taking to make sure it didn't happen again. It felt good to know they took our feedback seriously. Good luck!

Some of our issues were also with dirty bedding, so apparently it is still happening. The sheets in the closet for the pull out were dirty with hair and brown smears on them. We also had problems with our towels being replaced with dirty ones. Along with some other issues!!

It's been happening for years and we always report room problems to resort management and member satisfaction.

Did you use this address: dvcmembersatisfactionteam@disneyvacationclub.com
