I sent a email 1 week ago today to DVC member satisfaction about some problems we had during our recent stay at SSR. I received the auto-response email but nothing else. Should I expect a call or another email from them? This is the first time I've had to send an email about a DVC stay so I don't know how it works. I'm not expecting anything but I would like to know that the problems are being addressed. Thanks
