Member satisfaction cast members

I am trying to do some follow up on an issue that member satisfaction was working on. Our original contact had been Eli but were ultimately assisted by a woman who was above him. I can't seem to find my notes with her name on them. Does anyone know the name or names of the woman who might have assisted us? I doubt the department is large and I would likely recognize her name. Alternatively should I just call member satisfaction and have then look up whoever worked with us?

I would just send them an email and have the person call you back. I have learned that Disney CM's sometime take on different roles. The call center will act like they are the resort front desk and a fellow satisfaction CM might act like a manager.
