Member Number Question

We closed on our resale about 20 days ago. How long should I expect to wait for my membership info from Disney? We have an August use year and I know I need to bank 2016 points soon.

I called about 3 days after we closed and was able to get my member number and online pin over the phone. It took a little bit of prodding the CMs to do so - but as a result I could login and book trips.

About a month after that I finally got a letter from Disney with the member info (but I already had it like 25 days before)..

That's awesome! I've called soooo many times and they won't give it to me So I'm resigned to waiting - said I should have something this week (which will be a month since I closed)

Want to call for me?? Ha!

Received our membership letter today and activated the online account. I just went back to see our actual closing and it took 16 days to arrive in our mailbox.
