Any way in speeding up the process to receiving our member id#? Is there a phone # I can call to ask if we are officially in the system yet? Our broker emailed us that we closed a week ago. Do we have to wait for our member id card which will come in the mail eventually? So many questions...sorry, but you folks are the BEST! and always know the answers. I am anxious to get some vacations rolling Thanks in advance!
You can call Member Services to see if you are in the system. It usually takes about a week after closing. Once in the system you can begin making reservations.
We cannot publish the toll free number to Member Services since it is not allowed on the DIS, but here is the general DVC number when they can direct you from there: 800) 500-3990
