Member Guidebooks...

I got my 2002-2003 member guidebook when I bought my BCV points about a year ago, but I have not recevived a 2004 guidebook.

My question is...Do they produce a new guidbook every year and do they automatically send it to members?

If they do, has anyone received theirs for 2004?

Hi,

We recieved our 2004-2005 in the Fall. September/October. I think they do send them to members every year?? Would someone charify, please. Call you guide or MS & tell them you didn't get a new one!

They did not send out a full guidebook for 2004, it was more of a "supplement" with 2004 & 2005 charts.

I never got mine either. The first time I called they said it was on the way, the second time they said they would send out another one and the third time they told me that SSR people wouldn't get one until after we closed in April.

There is no new Member Guidebook for 2004 (first time). Instead, they sent out the "Vacation Planner". It's basically the points charts for 2004 & 2005 in a fancy format. (Picture of family at SSR with fireworks in the background is the cover of the book.)
