Member Event on Halloween! - Book beginning 9/1

So frustrated! I talked to 2 different staff members and a supervisor this morning at 9am and am being told it is sold out (in 24hours?) I think my beef is that they allowed members to purchase up to 15 tickets - so that really decreased the number of tickets available.
I didn't hear about the event until this morning and called right at 9. Has anyone else heard it was sold out?

The member website says that they've added an additional event (7 to 9 pm) on 10/31.

So glad I saw this! I was able to get our 3 tickets for the later party. Just a warning, when I called at 9 am and was told it was sold out. Ugh. Called back and got a great rep (Penelope) who knew about it and was able to book it without an issue. So it pays to call back!
