If I'm reading this correctly, some of the units are OWNED? And, if you are an owner, you can only "live" there 6 months out of the year?

I'm confused by this property. Is there a reason we should consider this location over Disney Spring properties such as the Hilton Lake Buena Vista Palace (aware of the "on-site" benefits)? Or other two bedroom options?
