Megan Fox Pictures: Pre and Post Surgery ???

The website thinks she has had her lips plumped, her nose shaved and the fat pads removed from under her cheeks.

Not huge changes but she certainly looks different.

After your comments I added "???" to the thread title. I think she looks too different for it to just be make-up (plus different lighting) but you never know.

I have experience with stage makeup. That look could probably be accomplished with makeup and lighting. She definitely looks different, though. I have a friend who had a "makeover" for her wedding and honestly didn't look like herself.

It looks like make up. If you look at her lips you can notice that they are slightly lined outside of her normal lip.

I don't see anything that makeup can't do. Even the lips but perhaps they may have been plumped.

Looks the same to me. The lighting is very strong in the second pic. Notice how dilated her pupils are.

I think if both pictures were closer in her age now you could detect a difference in "before and after" but I'm not sure these pictures are fair to make that decision. She looks very young in the "before" and could have easily went on diet or just grown out of any "baby fat" cheeks.

Maybe the top lip is plumped, but I really don't see anything else (except more makeup). I can't even see where they think her cheeks look that much different. It just looks like she had a softer face as a teenager.

It's a case of more/different makeup and lighting plus her pupils are very dilated in the first photo, "taking away" from their gorgeous color.

I agree! I know I lost a lot of the chubbiness from my cheeks as I got older. My first thought seeing the pictures was it's just makeup. It doesn't matter what she had done, if anything at all. She's still beautiful!

Her nose looks narrower to me in the second picture, and her top lip does look plumped... It could be make up, or it could be subtle work done...

I think that too. She looks really young in the left picture. Her pupils are so dilated in the first picture that you can barley see her iris and that made a big difference to the overall eye area for me.
