This is a must-do for DD5 next month and I'm trying to figure out what to expect. Is she at her spot first thing in the morning? Do the lines get long quick? Any info would be appreciated!

Yes, you can get in her line first thing in the morning before it gets busy. If your daughter cares, Tiana meets with Naveen in the late afternoon/early evening.

And I'm assuming that when she meets with Naveen in the evening the lines are pretty long?

Naveen and Tiana were awesome together. Probably my favorite meet and greet. We waited probably 15-20 minutes for them to arrive and we were about the fifth or sixth group. It was worth it. We went in early October.

We met Tiana in Heritage House in mid July about 10am. There was one family with her, 1 other in line and that was it. Tiana was one of our favorite meets. She was lots of fun. :)

Prince Naveen is very funny and worth the later meet it IMHO.
Have fun! We waited about 20 min I think but when we came up they were leaving to take a break but we were first when she returned.

Met Tiana and Naveen last Feb. It was their last set of that day, 5pm-ish, and that was my goal of the day as I had worn my Tiana shirt so I got there a little early (no more than 15 minutes) and was 2nd in line. Totally worth taking the extra time to meet them both, Naveen was amazing!

Pick up the times guide as you walk under the train station into MK and plan accordingly. Circle it, highlight it, set a reminder in your phone, whatever you need to make sure you get there if this is your little one's must do. And if you don't know where the location is, have a CM get you there earlier in the day. I missed her earlier cause I couldn't find it.

We met Tiana about 2:00 in the afternoon the first week of November - no wait. IT was like no one knew where she was. We were the only ones there. We planned to go back with Naveen but didn't make it. They have always been one of my favorite meets.

I think we waited about 20 minutes for the pair, but they were on break when we got there. It was so worth it, they were delightful. My kids loved them and they were so engaging. Naveen and my toddler bonded over a love of cupcakes.

We saw Tiana last Friday (1/8) and walked right up to her with no waiting. She was by far the best M&G we did the whole trip. She spent the most time talking with my girls. We stayed at the POR and she talked a lot about that. My family is also from Louisiana and my mom's name is Lottie, so that gave them more to talk about. By the end, she looks up and tells us "I want to adopt your kids!" She was such a great character and so good with the girls. Sad we missed Naveen, though.

now that they are tucked inside the waits seem to be a lot shorter - like people don't know where to find them!

They are actually back out in the spot behind the Christmas Store. The waits were much shorter when they were inside.

If Tiana is all that matters, then go for a daytime set. Her lines will be very short then.

If you want both of them (and I suggest this), then the wait will be longer. The line often closes before or right as the set starts. But if you show up about 15 minutes before the next set, then you should be fine.
