We will be vacationing May 5-19, could you add us to the list?

I will be sporting the lime green Mickey head. And, if all goes as planned, at least one day, all five of us will be sporting our matching Disney outfits! Me with my purple crocs, dd8 with pink crocs, dd4 with pink and yellow "crocs" and ds14 with his brown and blue croc flipflops! DH isn't convinced of the virtues of crocs yet, but we are working on him.

We stay offsite, about a mile from AK.

Any of you that know me and the board I love to brag on my kids. A buddy of mine just sent this picture of my 14 year old son (yes he's only 14) at a recent wrestling tournament. It was too good to keep to my self. I had to post it somewhere. He is the one facing you in the shot.

Then I looked at it a little closer. My son was wearing a LIME GREEN anklet for this match! He's a wrestling LIMEY !!!!

I think we are the Lime Lookers or something like that--still the same color and hand to eye signal! (veterans, please correct if has been changed)

Oh please take some pics and post them. We should start a Team ****** landyard pic page in trip report section. If one isn't made by the time we get back from disney I will make one. That will be in the middle of may. I plan on wearing mine proudly.

We are still indeed Team Focker Watch! Per the mods, the name Focker (from the movie Meet the Parents was never at issue - the plays on that word, using it in place of a word not allowed on the DIS, were the issue.

I believe some of that inappropriate usage happened on the Lanyard thread and led to its removal. Jen was NOT selling lanyards, but took on the humongous task of compiling a list of who wanted how many in order to get the order together. We all pooled money to buy our own lanyards in one big order. Whether or not that's disallowed, I don't know. And whether or not she's interested in heading that up again, I don't know. But everyone is certainly able to search around the internet and find a place to order their own!

I've been talking to Jenny alot over the last week about everything that's been going on. The lanyard thread was considered selling by the Dis Boards. That's a no-no, and I think we can all appreciate why (we wouldn't want people hitting us up for money no-stop). We all know that it didn't go down like that, in fact, Jenny was paying for the envelopes herself, so she was doing the coordination at an expense to herself.

Like all of us, the last thing Jenny wanted was to violate our terms of agreement. I think that the most important thing to all of us is that the wonderful community we've come to depend on continues to be allowed to gather and discuss what we love the most, Disney.

Jenny doesn't plan to advertise the lanyards or coordinate the lanyard orders in a thread any longer, as she was advised that it was against the terms of the boards. She does have a few left, and I don't think she would mind if people were to PM her thier private e-mail addresses to see if they could get one.

Jenny is still an active member of the boards, and just wants to be sure to stay within the rules, like the rest of us.
