Meet Stefano Nardini the Woot Monkey

I figured I would post this here since most people outside of the budget board wouldn't know what Woot is. If there is a better place for this please feel free to move it.

Alright Disney fans, meet Stefano!

Stefano is a Woot monkey that now lives in a quiet little town outside of Philadelphia. When Stefano was growing up in the old country his only dream was to one day make it to the great land of America. He worked his tail off trying to find a wonderful family on the States side that would adopt him. After years of fighting and never giving up he finally found a happily married couple that was interested in adding another member to their family. Stefano communicated with Brian & Deanna for months before feeling comfortable enough to make that life changing decision. When the Woot.Winery Stefano was working in dried up he knew that was his time to go. He contacted the young couple and told them it was time! The couple accepted him with open arms and he was immediately part of their family.

After finally landing in America, Stefano soon discovered a different kind of world then he had ever imagined. A world where furry animals were stars and people would actually wait in line to meet them. A world filled with laughter and fun! They called this amazing little slice of heaven “Walt Disney World.” Stefano knew he had to experience this place for himself and immediately started doing his research. He soon found out that not only did he have some family living in this World, but his family helped to create it! At that point Stefano started contacting his relatives and let all of them know that he was now in America! He finally received a reply a few weeks ago:

Stefano,

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to this fantastic country! Everything you have read thus far has been true. This is not only the land of opportunity, but more so the land of happiness! It sounds like you have found yourself a nice family to settle down with. Always remember you have your family here in the Kingdom as well. Within the next few weeks our Kingdom is going to be transformed into a wonderland of bright lights and sweet smell’s for a Holiday called Christmas. It would be wonderful if you could make it to our Kingdom during this time to celebrate with us.

Needless to say Stefano flew to Brian & Dee and explained his story to them. Like a persistent little monkey Stefano went on to plan their trip to Walt Disney World (of course handing the bill to his new guardians). So it is now the November. The plans are made, the plane tickets are purchased and Stefano will get to see his new cousins in a few weeks. Please feel free to follow Stefano on Twitter for up to the minute information on where Stefano is and what he is doing. Hopefully with any luck Stefano, Brian and Dee will be able to connect with a few relatives in Disney World.
