Meet Jack! Cute puppy pics!

So cute! His face reminds me a lot of our dog, who is a Border collie/ Labrador mix. Do you know what breed yours is?

He's a black lab mix. The vet is guessing the mix is a Terrier...(Jack Russell?) but we're not sure. He's black lab in personality though... He already fetches, and digs, and tries to eat rocks in the yard.

We got him a a pet store (Gasp!) It was a spur of the moment thing. Someone had dropped a very sick litter of puppies off at the pet store and begged them to find them good homes. The pet store nursed the puppies back to health as much as they could, and were giving them away. Jack was the last one.

He was infested with fleas to the point of hair loss and scarring. He has parasites that are making him very sick. He has gained some weight and is almost where he should be for his age. His hair has grown back. He is a very, very good dog!

Is he a Black Lab? If so, I'm not the least bit surprised that he's housebroken so soon! Chloe was the easiest puppy I've ever housebroken. Even today, I can tell her to go pee-pee and she'll look at me and walk to the grass and go!
