I have everything boxed up, I'm just waiting for the PO to re open after lunch. Got to love the 2 hour lunch breaks they get. Al that needs to be thrown in is the return postage. Are you still trying to get these out before the Postage increase?
Oh and they will be sent in a box but can be returned in an envelope.

I usually only print without postage so I can slap a stamp on them or I can pay for it when I get there...
