Meet and Greets on 4-18

Hi all, was just wondering does anyone have any rumors or statements from Disney about what characters will be back and what everything will look like on 4/18? Any chance its like pre-covid? We will be in Disney 4-17-4-22 and are kinda excited for the kids to be able to be with the characters fully again. Any info will be greatly appreciated!

It won’t be like pre Covid on the 18th April as Disney said it will be in stages from 18th April to summer

they haven’t really said much else

Total guess just based on some articles and posts, I think hugs for fur characters will be back, I think autographs for all, but no hugs for face characters, maybe high fives?

yeah I would be guessing the fur characters will be back to normal, makes sense, just wanted to know if I should get my kids autograph books basically, they are only 2 and 1 so face characters they really wouldn't know or be interested in. Fur characters they would love.

Maybe get something else outside of an autograph book, like a small photo frame, or index cards (you put with the photo later in a memory book). So if only a few are signing you haven’t wasted a whole book.

ETA when both my kids were 2 they were petrified of the characters. I still did the meet stuff but they weren’t into it till closer to 3/4.

lol yeah we met the easter bunny yesterday and they loved it so hopefully that carries onto mickey and minnie! We already have a book, just wasnt sure on bringing it. thanks for the photo idea, we might take a photo from our phone of all the characters with them and print them out when we get back at walgreens and add it to the book
