Meet and greet during gay days 2009

Our Gay Days schedule is currently up in the air.

Between having to work and other scheduling conflicts for each of us, we may be hard pressed to even hit the Magic Kingdom.

I'll keep following your plans and if possible will join in.

I know you can count me out for drinking around the world that Sunday, though. I've got to work and it's inventory day.

Hello folks, just back from our spring break trip. We got back last night . We stayed at the Coronado and had a great time. That place was great! I am glad too see the thread is still going! I spoke to a friend of mine who has never been to the World. Imagine that? She will also be joining us for gay days. I see we have a few ideas. I still need to unpack so I will get back with everyone in a day or two.... We go from 85 sunny weather to 40's and rain here in Texas.

Iam back. Anything new on the plans? I hear House of Blues is having big gay days blast on Thursday(06/04/09). Has anyone heard about this?

For some reason, nothing at all is listed on the HOB website for the entire month of June.

On the one mighty weekend website for gay days has the official "Start up banana: " is at HOB on Thursday(6/4).

Last year we had pretty good results with a late afternoon meet at EPCOT on Sunday.

So, if that sounds good, what time are we looking at?

On personal special events: my partner and our travel companions are going to Wanda Sykes on Friday night and have reservations at the California Grille for the fireworks at Magic Kingdom on Saturday night.

What stuff do you guys/gals have planned aside from our boozing?

Ok here are our plans for now. The only things I can not change are Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights since the tickets have been paid for. I am going to need a vacation when I get home.

This was in the plans for Kingbobofthenorth. He was renting soundstage with DJ pea pod coming in, but Disney turned around and said he can't sell tickets, Yet the AC is being rented in Sept and guess what? they are selling tickets!

The plan was to rent Motion over gay days on Fri and Sat nights, but if they won't let us sell tickets, that won't fly. Mannequins and 8-trax are completely torn apart. Disney apparently does not want a club atmosphere on PI. They would rather have lame entertainment that no one cares about
