I never got why it says "do not use if you have kidney disease" on the back of deoderant.![]()
I think that might be because most deodarants have aluminum and it can get absorbed through the skin, and aluminum can cause some sort of bone problems in people with kidney disease. Although I don't think you absorb that much through your skin, but it's probably a CYA thing.
I was told only to take it for 2 weeks.. Then I have to go back to the DRs.. She also only gave me pills in 10mg form. It's rapid release form are they all the same?I'm more worried about raiding the frige then going for a drive but, it's still scary..
I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but how about:
"Warning: Coffee may be Hot" on the McDonald's coffee cups because that idiot woman sued them after burning herself on a cup of coffee? Isn't coffee supposed to be hot? If ordering a hot beverage, wouldn't you expect it to be hot? Are you three? jeezluweez.![]()
I HATE Ambien. It makes me sleep alright... But its almost like anesthesia! I was knocked out and couldnt be woke up. Hate that feeling. I always told my husband not to forget about me if the house caught on fire.
I'll never take it again.
I take Benedrl and it works just fine.
(I never raided the fridge. I was in a coma!)

Sometimes I laugh at those meds commercials because the list of possible side effects sound worse than having the actual disease.
I hope I never have: A. Restless leg syndrome B. COPD C. Herpes D. High Colesteral...if so I am DOOMED cause I would NEVER take those meds.
Yea, the commercial starts off great...than the END with the side effects gets me Everytime!I hope I never have: A. Restless leg syndrome B. COPD C. Herpes D. High Colesteral...if so I am DOOMED cause I would NEVER take those meds.

My mom does fine on the regular ambien but on the CRambien she gets physically ill so everytime we get a new perscription I have to make sure it is not the CR one. She has been on it constantly for the past 6 years- no sleep driving or eating for her LOL.

----------------I'll second the "be careful". I took Lunesta for a month (slept like a rock for 30 days--as far as I can remember anyway!!) and tried to wean off it-YIKES! The rebound effect and the withdrawal symptoms were terrible for 48 hours. I will not be taking any more prescription sleep aids. Scary time!

I was recently prescribed Lunesta and haven't gotten the script filled yet.. I don't like some of the listed side effects - and I really don't like the whole "amnesia" aspect.. That could be very, very dangerous..
Think I'll stick with the valium at bedtime..
