Not sure if this is in the right place:
Since having my second son a year and a half ago, my monthly cycle has sort of settled down, however I have noticed that I suffer that much worse then I ever used to. I don't really have the cramping pain, but I get really tired (shattered) and really grumpy. This starts exactly one week before the start day, and I find I generally can't cope with things and break down really easily. It also goes on for a week from when the period starts.
This is where it links with WDW = I have just worked out these two weeks are going to be exactly the same two weeks when we are in WDW this August
so I was wondering if any of you out there has any suggestions as to how I can deal with it. Anything that would calm it down, whether temporary (just for that one month), or long term.
I just want to do all I can to avoid feeling that bad and avoid ruining the trip for the rest of the family.

the best thing to do though is to talk to your gyn.....they can help you. And look into wholistic ideas....it's less taxing on your body than conventional medicine. (won't harm your liver like medicine can)
