Meatloaf Question

I made meatloaf today. I used minced onion, chopped green pepper, a little ketchup, a little A-1, a little Dijon mustard, Italian bread crumbs, a few eggs, mixed it all up w/ the ground beef. I'm not usually a fan of onions or green peppers but they aren't crunchy when they are cooked in the meatloaf, and it makes it taste really good.

When I reheat it for dinner, I'll put some ketchup mixed w/ a little A-1 on top.
