Meatloaf at Hard Rock Live

Meatloaf is playing at Hard Rock Live Orlando on 30th August. I am gutted as that is the day/night we are in St Augustine.

Just thought I'd post the info here in case anyone else is interested.

We come home on the 29th, this is 2nd time we have missed him by a day at Hard Rock.

Anyone get the chance go, he is one of the best live performers of our generation, seen him numerous times at Sheffield arena must be amazing to see him at Hard Rock.
Gutted and very very jealous of anyone that can get there.

No we haven't Wayne and we are fans but not big enough fans that we want to cancel/change our plans. It would impact on pretty much everything else we've planned for the entire trip

If you like his music it is 10 times better live, I would pay the entrance fee just to see him perform Bat out of hell, it is that good live.
St Augustine will still be there for future trips, Meatloaf is in his 60's and getting towards end of his career.
Hope you get to hear him live sometime.

No one is enough
We are only 25-30 mins from Sheffield Arena so will try get tix for there if the dates are confirmed. Hope I get priority like we have before.

Gutted - we leave on the 27th Hope the rumours of a Cardiff date in November are true - as long as it doesn't clash with my Disney on Ice! Seen him twice but would definitely go again.

meatloaf is great, just glad i saw his farewell tour 7 years ago
his voice isnt what it used to be, but he's still incredible

I have always loved his music, and one recent July 4th, I had the Joy of meeting him, he was lost in Bath and found himself on Walcot Street where I work, he just walked by me and stopped and said he was dying for a coffee, I showed him our local cafe and he asked me to join, when I was supposed to be working (my boss was fuming!) I sat there with him for over an hour, and we spoke about his hometown and mine as I am American though have live here in the UK 17 years and his collection of antiques, (I am a gilder and restore antique mirrors)
We were joined by other Walcot locals as he enjoyed an audience that hung on his word, and when it as time to go he gave us all front row tickets to his concert with backstage passes, after one heck of a show when we were backstage he served us all beer, Michelob Light and took pictures with all of us. When I an up to 10 and can post pics, I will post mine with meatloaf, though I look like a dork.
