Mears shuttle...tipping?

Hi there. First time I will be using Mears shuttle from MCO to Universal. It will be the shared bas, not a private car. Is it customary to tip the driver at all? Do they help stow your luggage like the rental car shuttles or do you simply carry them onto the bus? Not sure what to expect.
