We are a family of seven with luggage and wheelchair. Which would be most economical Mears? or Yourride? What are the different rates?

Any of the towncar services would be less expensive than Mears. Mears stops becoming cheaper when you have more than three people.

Yourride charges around $80 round trip for a 10 passenger van - this is definately the way to go. Mears is $25 per person and not direct airport to your hotel. You would make stops at various hotels along the way.

I agree with everyone else, go with yourride. We are using them for our large family in May. They are giving us great prices and making a stop at grocery.

The towncars are definitely more economical than Mears. We are using yourride in 3 weeks....

You may need to decide based on which one can carry that many people plus all your luggage plus a wheelchair.
Mears has wheelchair vans with a lift and tiedowns so someone can ride in the wheelchair while it is being transported. In the case of their wheelchair van, you would have the van for yourself, so you wouldn't be stopping at other resorts. The price is the same whether you use the wheelchair van or the bus.
Even though yourride has a 10 passenger van, there might not be room for the wheelchair, depending on whether (and how small) it folds up.

I'd suggest you do some calling or emailing and decide after you get the answers.
