Has anyone ever not gotten an email confirmation after booking with Mears Connect? My CC has been charged and I've searched the spam/junk folders and nothing.
Thank goodness I'm neurotic and screenshot all confirmation screens so I at least have the reservation number. I sent them an email requesting they forward/send it, but that's gone unanswered as well. Just wondering if this is the Mears MO (I've heard a mix of reviews online and this is our first trial run with them - if we have issues we'll look elsewhere in future).
