Meals for children under 3

I know at CS, they sell toddler meals and that at the buffet they are free to eat. The last time we ate at Ariel's Grotto, they let our under 3 have a smaller plate of food for free. Do they still do this? How do they do it at Blue Bayou & Carthay Circle? Does she just eat off our plate, order her a kids' meal or do they offer smaller plates? I just want to be prepared on how it works.

Also, at TS places (not buffets, which I know are per person), can my kids' share meals?

At table service, the kids can eat off your plate (share) or you can get a kid's meal.
