Meal Voucher worth the $$$

I was just wondering...are those meal vouchers really worth the money? When you call for a ressie the CM asks if you have the prepaid dining plan. Is this when you get those meal vouchers for the long lengthy list of restaurants throughtout the world?

You know they sell them on ebay for about $15 a piece. Just a thought for those on the disney dining board.
