ME Tags - Not for under 3

On Wednesday this week, I received a package with ME tags for me, my husband and our 4yo daughter. I called up the ME # to check about tags for my other 2 kids (2yo & 8mo). They told me that children under three wont even show up in the system, therefore get no tags. Ok, somewhat makes sense to me, so I assume that we will just have to share tags & hope not to go over the limit.

The next day I got another envelope with tags for my 2 little ones. It wasn't overnight or anything, so I know they didn't race out & ship them because of my call.

Just an odd circumstance? Has anyone else received more than one shipment of tags?

They only put tags for 4 guests in one envelope, parties of more than 4 always get their ME tags in two envelopes.

That explains it, my mothers tags were in with ours.
