ME Tags have wrong resort

I am having a split stay at AKL first then BWI . My ME tags say Boardwalk. Will I get another set for AKL?

You can call and request a replacement set, or you can simply cross out Boardwalk with a Magic Marker and write Animal Kingdom, being SURE not to mark over the bar code at all. That's what will be used to actually route your luggage - the bar code on your vouchers match the bar code on your luggage tags. When you check in and tell the CM what resort you're going to, the luggage with the matching bar code will be linked to you and sent to your right resort.

Since you have a split stays you also need to check the reservation number on the ME tags that the number is for AKL and not for BWI. I got 2 sets of tags one for each hotel so you may get another set. If you are leaving for at least 30 days call and ask for new ones or go to there web site and order a replacement set. I ordered a new set as I still had more then 3o days yet and hope I get the correct ones with my name spelled correctly.

My last set had the wrong hotel on them. I was flying down on Sat and changed hotels on Friday. I just crossed out BW and BC. I also had a new reservation number so I crossed that out and wrote the new one. WHen the girl scanned my voucher she had the right hotel and after I FINALLY got the room the luggage was there 10 minutes later..... (It only took until 5 pm to get the room after some issues! LOL!)

I called today and they said for some reason the ME system didn't have my AKL stay. They took care of it and are sending new tags.
