ME question

Ok DH and I are driving down Nov 27th and my dad is flying down Nov 29th from PA. I don't know much about ME since we've never used it. Does he have to call ahead or when he lands can he just go over and get into the line?

I just figured this would be 1 less cost and he wouldn't have to pay for transportation to the hotel to meet up with us since he's staying in our villa at SSR.

Any tips on this would be great.
