OK, here goes:

I'm flying into Orlando on January 28. I'm registered and staying at All Star Movies, so I'm all set.

If a friend of mine flies down the following Friday, will they be allowed to take ME since they will be staying with at ASMovies?

How would they go about getting a reservation for this?

Your friend would have to be named on your room reservation, including that person's date of arrival. If named on the reservation, your friend IS a Disney guest and since flying into MCO is entitled to DME.

I think you would just need to call Disney and have them and their flight information added to your reservation. I just returned from a trip with my parents where my parents arrived the day before me. They just gave Disney their flight information for the day they arrived as well as my flight information for when I arrived. Every registered guest in the room can use the service, so as long as they are on the reservation they will be fine.
