We have booked ME for the first time for our trip in April and I have a couple of questions for those who have done this before, please!

Our flights are with Continental, via Newark, and for the homeward journey I would like to do on-line check in at 24hrs out - if I do this should I still check in at the ME podium at our resort the following morning, and will they issue boarding cards based on my online check in? Alternatively, if I want to keep hold of our luggage until it's time to head for the airport, can I keep it and take it to the ME coach myself and, if so, would I then need to do the resort check in?

hi, as far as i'm aware only people flying in the US are allowed to do the airline check in with ME and get boarding passes etc. People flying to the UK can only use the ME as transport to the airport and would have to take luggage and get boarding cards at the airport HTH?

Thanks :thumbsup2 I should have added to my original post that we are flying with Continental, so our flight out of Orlando will be within the US (changing at Newark). I think that would make a difference, but I'm really not sure!

(I'll edit my original post to add that ;) )

Only selected US airlines participate in the resort check in service Unless you are using a domestic flight from MCO and connecting with your international one elsewhere, this service won't be available for you.

The day before departure they will put a ME envelope on/in your room door. All you do when you are ready to leave is keep that handy. The only person who needs it is the driver of the ME who will load your luggage into the hold compartment and check that you are on his list.

What you do with your luggage before departure is up to you. You can ask bell services to store it for you if you want to hit the parks or go out, or you can keep it with you. Please feel free to ask if you have any more questions.
