ME packet

Our trip is May 28th, and I got our packet a couple weeks ago actually. :confused3 I'd say call them and ask what's going on. I'm sure even though you don't have the tags, you'll be able to use the service....it's only the luggage that's a problem.

Last year we didn't get our packet at all. We had a reservation and all when we checked at the ME Welcome Center, but they just never gave us a packet. We ended up picking up our luggage and taking it with us, which resulted in me running over my flip-flopped-feet numerous times. :laughing:

This year we have our packet, so we're all set there. My mom actually wants to get our luggage still, as she thinks it'll get lost. I keep telling her "Mom, they do this service all day, every day...they know what they're doing. We can leave the bags and let Disney get the bags. I don't want sore toes again!" :rotfl:
 
I have been waiting for ours as well for a May 25th trip and they came in the mail today. However, I was wondering if anyone knows why they only give you one tag per person. Can I run the ones I have off on the computer to make extra ones as there is no way I can go on this trip for 9 days with one piece of luggage.?

You can call ME and have extras sent if you want. We called about extras on Wednesday and they were going to be printed and mailed that night. I figured we might need an extra tag just to be safe.
 

Ugh - haven't got my tags yet, either - we arrive May 19th. Knew I was missing something ! Guess I'll leave it a couple of days and give them a call :)
 
We have received our Magical Express packet, however our flight has changed since we received it. I did fill out a new form online, but still have not received a new packet. We leave May 13th. what do we do if our flight home is wrong? Can we fix it there?
 
we arrive on June 6, and we got our tags today.. I would call them and check on it,,,
 
I posted earlier in this thread about not receiving our tags yet....Well, two days after I called, we got them. So, we got them 3 weeks before our trip.

It sounds like several of us who will be in DW in late May, got their tags later than what has been the norm.
 
We fly on May 19th - and hadn't yet got our tags (thanks to this thread for reminding me I hadn't yet got them). I decided to give it until today, then call them. The mailman just delivered them. Now I'm sitting here with a stupid big grin on my face. Weird :cloud9:
 
We head down May 24th and no tags yet. I think I'll wait until Friday to see if they show and call if it doesn't. Hopefully it will come, I'm ready for some Mickey mail!
 
Heading there for May 23rd and I just got my tags yesterday :cool1: Just like getting a gift!
 
Since we're leaving one week from today, I decided to call ME this morning (after still not receiving our tags). Remember, the last CM told me that they HAD been shipped, but she wasn't sure when we would get them. This CM today looked up my account and said that they were in the printing dept. I asked her if she thought they would arrive in time, and she "guesses" that they will. She did tell me to just give them the baggage claim tickets if we don't receive them in time (which still scares me a little...not sure what I'll do if it comes to that??)

Just a little frustrating, especially since they've had my flight info for several months at this point. Oh well...it's not perfect, and after using ME multiple times, this is the first time I've even had to think twice about it.

Trust me-I am MORE than thankful for this free service. I'm just an over-planner and like to be ready to go early in advance :)
