ME Package -- Already?

We don't leave for Disney and AOA until October 18 (113 more sleeps ). We received our ME tags and booklet yesterday.

As many times as we have been to WDW, we have never received our ME information less than 30 days out. Is this a new development?

Not complaining, just wondering.

I have never gotten mine that early before. I was looking at your date you arrive, if you wait until the 19th to arrive you may get free dining according to all the pins that people have been talking about. The reason I know is I have been searching for a discount or free dining during that week because we will be arriving on the 14th.

I got the pin and have booked a package starting the 19th and a room only on the 18th. The suites at AoA were included, but the regular rooms weren't. We are at Pop.

After reading that some of you have already gotten your ME luggage tags for late summer/early autumn trips, I'm starting to get a little nervous...... we are booked for a July 30 arrival and have not received any ME info yet.

Our travel agent tells me that the yellow luggage tags will be included in the documents package that she will receive from the Walt Disney World Travel Company, and that she will then send on to us. (We booked a package deal).

Normally we just grab our own luggage to take on the ME bus with us, but this time we want to make a hasty exit from the airport so we plan on letting ME transport our luggage for us.

So, should I be concerned that my luggage tags have not arrived yet, or is my agent correct that they will be in my documents package?

I thinks TA's sometimes hold documents until they have them all - that way they just send one big packet to you. I used a TA for our trip last year and that is what she did. Don't worry yet!

Yeh, we are going early Nov. I entered my own info at the ME website for BWV. Per a flight issue we're now coming in a day early to Pop. I've received the BWV packet, but not the Pop. Weird.

Eh. We don't go until August 4th. I won't worry unless I don't see anything by say...July 9.

I booked my flights through the Disney website. Do I need to go to that DME link and enter my info to sign up for DME?
