Yes. Don't use the yellow DME tags and pick it up at baggage claim.

Yes, you can. Be sure not to put the yellow luggage tags on your bags though. And be prepared to tip the bus driver for handling your bags.

Absolutely!! People that use DME are told that all tips are taken care of. BUT...that only applies if DME takes care of your luggage from MCO to the resort room. If you get your own bags, then all tips are now your responsibility. Many don't realize that.
