A few days ago I got an email from Orbitz (where I booked our flights) stating that our flight times and layover locations had changed. We will now be landing at MCO at 12:35pm instead of 12:10pm. I know it is only a 25 minute time difference but our flight numbers have changed too. We booked Magical Express at the time of purchasing our Magic Your Way package. Should I inform ME of the flight time/number changes? If so, how do I go about doing that? I have searched all over the WDW website and can't find a number to call or place to change the information (not even under My Disney Experience which is where I think it should be). Also, how far in advance should I inform them of the changes? I don't want to call and then in a couple weeks have to call again if the flights change again because it is so early. Any help is much appreciated! I have only used ME once and this issue did not surface.

It really won't make any difference for your incoming flight. They don't schedule you on a specific bus in advance and flights are late often enough that they are used to people arriving after their flight was supposed to come in. If it makes you feel any better you can call DME at (866) 599-0951 to update the information.

Having accurate flight times for your return flight is important because they do schedule you for a pick-up time based on your scheduled flight departure. You can wait until you get to your resort to correct that if you need to.

You can let them know, but it won't really impact anything. They don't schedule you on a bus. They just need a general idea of how to dispatch the busses. They know that some people will rush off the plane to the bus, others will take their time and stop for food or a potty break, and others will have delayed flights.

I wouldn't be too concerned about it either. My only concern, however, would be if you're having DME handle your checked luggage. I don't normally check luggage so I'm not very in-tune with policies and what not regarding it, but I don't know if they use specific flight numbers to pick up DME luggage or if they simply look for yellow tags no matter what flight they came from.

The buses are always there so you don't have to worry about getting to a magical express bus to your resort. I would say just give them the info anyway if your going to have them collect your luggage, I don't think it makes much of a difference because the tags on your bags will say your resort but just in case.

The do not use flight numbers to collect tagged bags. Every bag with a DME tag should be pulled behind the scenes at the airport and delivered to the resort. I guess, theoretically, not having accurate flight information could present some challenges with locating a bag that the airlines had lost, misdirected or delayed.
