You might want to double-check ME info. I had called in a couple of months ago and gave flight info. Got the introductory letter last week and called to double-check and they didn't have ME on our reservations. My brother-in-law found out the same thing had happend to him.
Also, he will need accessibility for a child and the 2nd time was told they would note that so he got the proper bus. The first try he was told it didn't matter.
So if you made reservations a while back you might want to double-check.

When you call to check, get the name of the person you talked to and also ask to have a written confirmation sent to you.

Even if you do not receive in the mail the materials you expect, just show up in Orlando and expect the magic to begin (and expect to be transported too).

If you have only talked to CRO about your DME status I would suggest that you call the DME office itself. Phone number is 1-866-599-0951.

I made DME arrangements with CRO when I made my reservation back in March and have checked back with CRO twice since. CRO told me both times that my DME was all set. Well yesterday I called DME office and while they did have my reservation they did not have any of my flight info. Really glad I called.
