ME Arrival & Departure times, what should

I allow??? We're arriving at MCO at 10:50 AM is it realistic to think we'll be at the Polynesian by Noon?? And the day we leave our flight is at 12:05pm, I think I read ME comes for you 3hrs before departure??? Is that correct. I was thinking of scheduling a leisurely breakfast, but if we have to go at 9:05am I may rethink that!

I would calculate 2 hours from the time your plane touches down until you reach the Poly, you may get there before hand, but this will be a safe estimate.
DME picks you up 3 hours prior to your departure time, so if your flight is at 12:05 figure on 9:05 maybe a bit earlier depending on their schedule. You will receive information a day or so prior to your departure that will tell you the time you are scheduled to be picked up.
