ME and VWL

Looking Like I Can't Really Afford To Go To Disney

The last time we were there, we stopped at the Grand Floridian and the Poly on the way to the airport. All in, it took less than an hour to get from VWL to MCO.
I have stayed at WL or VWL several times. Most of the time, DME stops at Poly and GF going back to the airport. On my trip last year though, we took a very crazy route. Picked up at WL and then at one of the Port Orleans (FQ I think, but I don't honestly remember) and then OKW and then SSR. Very strange and round about route. We did not leave Disney property for a good hour after being picked up. I was starting to get a bit nervous about my flight, but all was ok since I had purchsed the even more speed option with Jet Blue for my flights, so I got through the airport pretty quickly. But it was definitely a route I could never have imagined on my own.

DME will only drop off and pick up at the resort at which you have a reservation.
I thought this might be the case but wanted to ask anyway. Thank you.
