ME and AirTran

As has been discussed at length, AirTran keeps changing my flight times. Will Magical Express know that the times have changed (flight numbers remain the same)? I'm most concerned about my departing flight, as the flight time has moved back by almost an hour. Will my pickup time be adjusted automatically or do I need to call Magical Express to change it?

If the flight number has not changed, yes.

Our flight slipped from 6:05 pm, to 6:45 pm and they had the correct info.

I think I would let them know about the change while you are there. Just to make sure!

You will know when you get your ME tickets delivered to your room for sure if they have the right departure time. I believe there is a number on the ME documents you can call to correct information.

They should know if the flight numbers haven't changed, but I would let them know just to be safe, stuff happens, and could fall through the cracks.

Morning before checkout day, inspect your DME confirmation sheet. If this did not arrive at your room door, then get it down at the front desk. It should show your flight number and your bus pull away time. The latter should be about 3 hours before your flight time. Have corrections made down at the front desk.

Do flight times get pushed up with less than 48 hours' notice? I would hope not because that would necessitate getting DME back to the airport rescheduled on shorter notice and you would need a new confirmation sheet printed possibly the night before or the day of.
