MDE trouble adding Notes

Hi, we are 38 days out and for the most part, MDE is working very well for us. Park days, ADRs, and FP+ all pop in exactly right. However, I am having trouble adding Notes - I can get through selecting the time, location, others in my party, and can add text. But when I click Done it spins for a second, then the note doesn't appear in my itinerary. I'm trying to use notes to store other items like times/conf numbers for airlines, rental car, tours, etc.

I do currently have 2 notes from a few months ago, but I can no longer edit those (well, I can edit them, but the changes don't stick.)

Any ideas? I have tried from 4 different computers, using IE and Chrome, as well as from my phone. I've even called Disney, which wasn't a bad experience but didn't help.

It's probably easier to add a new Note and once that is saved, go back and Delete the original Note... sorry, thought you were trying to Edit only. I would add the Notes to your app if you have a mobile device.

Have you updated the app lately? I'm able to add Notes to my app without any problem.
 

I'm using an iPad without the latest iOS updates and tested and could add a Note for tomorrow.

Have you tried making a new MDE account just to see if you can add a note to an upcoming day? If you're successful, then that means your original MDE account has the glitch.
 
Hadn't created a new account but tried just now from my wife's account - no good. I can try from an iPad later tonight.

Creating a new account, I would need another email address right? I can do that, it's just kind of a pain; pick your poison I guess. Do you know, will all of my ADRs and FP+ come over after linking the resort confirmation?

Probably not because your resort was booked using your original MDE information and that can't be transferred. Is your wife's account linked to your MDE account? If you can add Notes when using an iPad, add in all that you need to add, take screen shots of your daily plans and email them to yourself. Or, it would also be safe just to add in new Notes to your phone's calendar and use your original MDE info so you don't lose any data.

I think others have posted recently that MDE wasn't loading onto their Android phones. So, what you have MDE-wise probably can't be adjusted if it originated from your Android?
