You can be as specific as you want.
But, the more specific you are, the harder it is for them to fill and the harder it is for them to fill, the lower the odds are that you get your request
so im checking in saturday night i know i made my requests true the online checkin but there are no longer there do i need to call or did they get them before it went all in the mix
We all hate making phone calls when we don't have to but in this case, it would be best by making that phone call and giving your request to the CM that answers the reservation phone.
Called it in this morning... I think it was about 30 minutes on hold, so I just closed my office door, stuck the phone on speaker and left it on the desk with fingers crossed that no one was going to bother me! Thankfully no one had an in-person crisis for me this morning!! (But oof, is their hold music horribly tinny)
CM I spoke to recommended hitting up the desk when we arrive to let them know we had made requests in the notes, so that's the plan. Hopefully it'll work out okay - tried to be as least fussy (the 2 rooms close by -ish, top floor away from elevator)
(Of course I've just booked myself 2 nights at POFQ in September, so I'll be repeating this phone call in a couple of months! )
