MDE question/ ROTR

We are meeting two family members that live in Florida and have APs.
Still learning how MDE and friends work.
Request by there MDE email address to make plans with them.
Then when we get to HS we can all try for boarding passes together?

I was worried to add them cause what if they are late and we dont get in cause two people are not in the park? Should i wait and add them last minute...like at 745

I wouldn’t want to do anything last minute when trying for rotr. Make solid plans that everyone is going to be there and have those people on your list. Then have everyone in the party trying for a BG.

We have plans to meet, they are two hours away. I guess im scared they wont make it in time.

If they are not on time, select only people on the screen that comes up after get boarding group.
