MDE problems since last app update

not sure if posting in right spot. I recently updated the MDE app through Apple App Store. I have not been able to search dining since. It says unable to perform search. This happens on both my IPad and IPhone. I can log into the MDE through Disney website and it works fine. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and logged in and out, no luck. Called Disney IT and they had not heard complaints of this happening. Any other suggestions???
 
Have you updated the latest iOS system update for your phone and iPad?
 
I have not been able to access dining on MDE using my iPad for days. Keeps saying "something went wrong. We're having trouble connecting." My iOS and MDE app are both up to date. Hopefully they'll fix this glitch soon.
 

Everything is updated on my phone, but every time I go in there, everything is missing until I refresh like 40 times. :crazy2:
 
The MDE app had Updates on April 10th for the new FP system and then again on April 15th to fix known glitches.

My app is running fine for Dining on both iPhone 6+ and an older iPad mini.

If you are still having problems with Dining, call IT and let them know the glitches are still happening.
 
I am also having trouble modifying reservation using the MDE App (on both an iOs device and an Android device). I've left feedback for both, so hopefully this is something that they'll be able to figure out and fix.
 
You can also leave reviews of the app - concerns stated in there also make their way back to the development teams
Maybe, maybe not. Not all developers read reviews left in the app store. For MDE, there is an option to send feedback about the app under Help > About.
 
Hmmm... New to MDE. When I log in on my computer via the web - or through my browser on my phone or ipad, I can access my reservations. When I login via the app on my phone or ipad, my reservations don't show up at all. I sent a msg to IT, they just told me to refresh - as if I wasn't smart enough to figure that out on my own. I just hope it's fixed before our trip. We have a ways to go before then, but still...

When I use the computer I have entirely different information, down to my name, on my phone its Sandi, on the computer its Sandra, none of my reservations show up on the other device, so I just use my phone now. Its the same login information so I dont know what the problem is.
