MDE: problems signing-in?

For the past hour, I keep trying to sign into MDE on both my phone and through https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/ and it acts as if I do not exist.

On the website I keep getting the error:

Sorry, the Email or Member Name and/or Password do not match any in our system. Please try again or create a new account.

If you feel this message is in error, call (407) 939-4357 for assistance.


Then When I try to reset my email, it says they have no record of my email account??? I'm a little freaked out.

However, I can sign-in to my DMR account just fine, which is odd because they are all linked.

I got the same message! I wouldn't worry too much! I'm pretty sure its just your typical MDE technical issues that we all experience! It will probably work fine again tomorrow.

Yep, it was working fine about an hour ago but now I am getting the same message:sad2:
 
Same here. Technical assistance said everyone is locked out...till later tonight or tomorrow morning!!! Yikes for those whose FP+ window opens--hope it is fixed soon!
 

Wow, thanks....big sigh of relief it is not just me then.
Well I hope it's back up and running later tonight for those who have their opening window opening up. And for those of us that have that all done, hopefully it doesn't all get erased :scared:
 
Phew! I just made my final payment last night, tried to log on a few minutes ago to add Memory Maker, got the same error message reported above, and panicked that suddenly my whole account had been deleted! lol

Mine is doing the same thing again this morning :badpc: The gremlins just love MDE for some reason.
 
I was very much flipping out about this just a moment ago, about to call for technical help then I decided to see what the Dis was experiencing, and of course it's not just me. I think I will wait this out and hope it's fixed soon.
 
Me too. But don't try calling for technical help, because there I'm getting the infamous-mysterious "all circuits are busy" message.

Next attempt: carrier pigeon. (Wait..they're extinct??)
 
Mine worked fine last night now I can't get in..... Hoping it get fixed soon
