VDH Questions for Purchasing

My guess would be that it is similar to those that buy RIV resale and that would be those that already own at the resort so that way they can stay longer or move up in accommodation size. With not many 1-2 bedrooms I can see those contracts that bought initialling thinking studios would work not realizing if you just add water and sunlight kids grow

Well, there was one contract listed this past fall at $160. I think it was a 60 point contract. It had all of its 2025 points. It had all of its 2024 points (banked). I did not buy it but I did look at that one for a very long time.

This bed is OK. GCV this is not. But still better than most hotels by a lot. HOWEVER....

(1) Disneyland Hotel is nowhere near the convention center. It's a little under 1.5 miles. There have been planned shuttles in the past, but at least for a couple of years, it was a mess.

I have made that walk 100 times, staying at the Hilton and walking to Tangaroa Terrace for breakfast on my way into the parks.

I'd just get a hotel room near the convention center and save your points for when you can enjoy the full experience of being there. Unless you have points to burn.

Unfortunately the ones near the convention are expensive for that week/end.

I finally got a reservation for my signing day!! But it’s at Cali adventure and we want to go to the star lounge if possible. Does anyone know if you can just go into the other park without having to go into the first park after 11 or do I have to get in cali adventure first and then turn around and go to DL? The reservations are ao annoying. We usually dont get there till after 11 anyways
