Hoping someone can shed some light on MDE. Ystrdy chatted on-line with a cast member to change a name on 1 of my park passes. According to her and another cast member in a different chat and a DVC cast member on the phone the change was made. Now here is the issue I can not see anything what so ever on the MDE app or online. In future plans it says I have no plans. If I try to add my ressie # or a dining ressie # MDE app says they have already been linked. I removed the app from my phone and deleted my history on both the phone and computer and still nothing. Trip starts Friday so needless to say I'm a lil concerned about Genie plans or not having access to make Genie+ plans. Any ideas anyone?
