MDE issues

Hoping someone can shed some light on MDE. Ystrdy chatted on-line with a cast member to change a name on 1 of my park passes. According to her and another cast member in a different chat and a DVC cast member on the phone the change was made. Now here is the issue I can not see anything what so ever on the MDE app or online. In future plans it says I have no plans. If I try to add my ressie # or a dining ressie # MDE app says they have already been linked. I removed the app from my phone and deleted my history on both the phone and computer and still nothing. Trip starts Friday so needless to say I'm a lil concerned about Genie plans or not having access to make Genie+ plans. Any ideas anyone?
 
Honestly I wouldn't be too worried.
Sometimes things get glitchy and they need time.
I realize your trip is fast approaching but give it a day.
 

OP another thought I had was if you're trying to access via your phone (meaning you have not tried on a desktop/laptop) maybe your phone just needs to be turned off and back on.
Not necessarily with MDE but just things in general if things get wonky and can't figure it out I turn off my phone for a few minutes and then things seem to work fine again.
 
I've tried everything. Phone and computer. I've deleted and reinstalled the app a few times on the cell. I've deleted my browser history in my computer and nothing. I've even logged into WDW website and nothing.
 
As long as you pay up , it will be ok , it is all about your money.
 
also try signing out and signing back in again. But there is a lot of this happening and I don't recall seeing that anyone's tickets were actually deleted.
 
Well it's been 48 hours now and I still have nothing on the app or computer. Very frustrating. When I get to WDW who do I speak to about this?

UPDATE: I updated my phone to Android 12 (may or may not have been necessary) and uninstalled and reinstalled MDE app and all of my plans are showing up again!

I have this same issue with the MDE app and it has been this way for a couple of weeks now. I tried to chat with someone through the app but with the Genie + disasters, no one has ever replied to me. I have logged out and back in several times. I have looked for an update to the app (I have had issues with phone incompatability in the past). Nothing has worked. I still have no info in my future plans despite having multiple trips in various stages of planning. I have until Jan 29 to get this solved. Please keep us posted on your situation.

Apparently they had my email address in their twice and once they deleted that all was good. They did say it has happened a few times so I wasn't alone.
